This New Years Eve, Charlotte Rescue Mission will host the premiere alcohol-free New Years Eve event.
The event will be held at The Big Chill in uptown Charlotte. “The Urban Sophisticates” (named the best un-signed band in the southeast by Billboard Magazine) will provide entertainment.
