Third Ward Picnic

Charlotte Rescue Mission along with Third Ward Neighborhood Association, Johnson & Wales University, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation and Charlotte Center City Partners is planning a community event for the Third Ward in Frazier Park from Noon - 2 on September 22nd.

"The real purpose of this event is fun, but we also want to build `social capital,' bringing neighbors together to meet one another," Davis said. "In Third Ward, we have longtime residents, students, and families, and the more we can get folks to meet each other, the better."
